Guests open a mobile guide from a link or QR code, with no app, no account and no booking-system integration. The guide covers essentials, call actions, address and maps, answering hours and a privacy panel, in five languages.
Hosts get a workspace for editing the guide with a phone and tablet preview, sharing links and QR codes, and one inbox for guest messages and issue reports. Guest links keep their secret in the URL fragment, and per-stay links expire after check-out.
Privacy is the default: no message bodies or link secrets in logs, and a 90-day retention window for messages. Staywise is in a pilot stage, and the source is private.
